The documents should include; Declarations The insuring agreement which might be called Policy or HO Policy etc, and then there will be other documents. We need all of those documents. They are all together the Full policy.

The could be images from a gathering at you home before the loss demonstrating condition or something specific, images of your home after a prior claim demonstrating the work was completed, they can be videos of the loss happening or photos of damages, etc..
