A certified copy of your policy includes the Dec Page, the Insuring Agreement, and all Endorsements
Instructions: We request that you obtain and upload the FULL policy which includes three elements; Declaration, Insuring agreement often referred to as the policy or HO Policy or HO3 policy etc.., and all the other documents are endorsements that change your policy. If you do not have all three we ask that you login to your insurance portal and navigate to the Homeowners area then the homeowners documents. The documents should include; Declarations The insuring agreement which might be called Policy or HO Policy etc, and then there will be other documents. We need all of those documents. They are all together the Full policy.

The could be images from a gathering at you home before the loss demonstrating condition or something specific, images of your home after a prior claim demonstrating the work was completed, they can be videos of the loss happening or photos of damages, etc..
